An always incredibly upbeat positive friend who recently passed away just shy of his 104th birthday said he started each day looking ahead to something new never dwelling on what was behind.
I have a great friend in his ninety's and he is the same way. Always grateful for the adventure ahead. So now the question is, how do we transition from early childhood to 90 removing as much as possible the focus on ourselves?
