My Assignment
I’ve been asked to give a talk.
The audience will be some of the men of my church. The location will be a youth camp and the topic, as I understand it, is to be my testimony. Others will be giving theirs as well. As it stands right now, I’m to be the last one before all return home inspired and transformed. Okay, I don’t know if that last part will happen, but honestly it would be nice if it did, including if it happened for yours truly.
So please pray for us who are planning to attend. I think I will reflect more about inspiration and transformation in the days ahead. Stay tuned
Some of the men who will be in attendance read my posts here. They will be able to go home early.
Just kidding.
Because this talk will naturally be on my mind until I deliver it, I thought I would think it through with you out loud.
So what exactly is a testimony? That’s tomorrow’s topic.
