Amen brother. I am always pleasantly surprised when things work out. In spite of the best planning (according to me!) I seem to always be the one walking into a s%#t-storm. In fact, people have said, "Don't hang around her. Things happen to her"!Or another one I get is " Sue! Again?" There is some truth to that, but I'm figuring that if you do a lot of things, the odds are greater that some experiences won't be positive. However, a lot of things will indeed go right and that's where the juice is. I'm waiting.........
When going on a trip, visiting friends or family, job hunting, interviewing for a job, in all facets of life where most people would have expectations, I go into those without having any expectations, that way I am never disappointed.
