Life is so full of distractions. I am bombarded with them every day, and I imagine I’m not alone.
On the one hand, daydreaming, allowing my thoughts to wander and wonder, to think what-if’s, can be a very healthy and enjoyable activity. It has qualities that routinely restore my soul.
On the other hand, it can result in losing the focus necessary for completing tasks with the attention to detail required.
