It’s just different than the ones in the past; but this has always been one key strategy of warfare from the beginning - never repeat the familiar wars of history. Hit the enemy from a different direction and keep people confused.
What makes this particular war so diabolical is it is primarily waged against civilian populations and soft targets (like you and me, and where we hang out).
And pulling our view back, what is this enemy’s richest target of all?
The United States.
Why?
Partly because of its wealth, but primarily because of its Constitution, to include The Bill of Rights.
This is because these stand in opposition to an enemy bent on turning the vast majority of this population into serfs.
And if America falls, no other country will be able to resist.
This is what globalism is all about - the removal of borders, the subjugation and control of populations everywhere for the benefit of a relatively few self-appointed egomaniacs. Don’t be shocked. They are in the news and manipulate the news everyday.
In this new green climate and virus controlling utopia we, the members of the majority of humanity, are to become no more important to the elite than cattle. This is a justification for culling the herd.
And although this is a sad and sobering thought to people who have grown up in a free and secure nation like ours until now, it is actually more the norm of what most people throughout history have experienced.
We have been the blessed exception, and didn’t know or appreciate it until now, when we are at the precipice with the real possibility of losing it all.
By now most people are beginning to see, at least retrospectively, that the world-wide lockdown to stop the spread of a virus was actually a massive wealth transfer to governments and particular corporations from small businesses and the middle classes all over the world.
This made the rich much wealthier and the middle class shift toward poverty.
The conflict we are in right now is being described as cyber/information warfare. It is an attack on computer/communication infrastructure as well as curating the content we are allowed to see, read, and hear from news and government sources. Censorship is ongoing overtly and covertly. The good news, however, is there are alternative sources that bypass government and corporate media.
Much of what we are being fed is intended to keep us destabilized. If you understand this, you are well on your way of being able to resist the propaganda and even help reverse the process. It begins with reclaiming sovereignty as protected by our founding documents.
Good comments -- and I hope we get more. I thought I would respond to all of them in a general way. Paul says in 2 Corinthians 10:4 that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds." In a sense, we learn we are at war when we learn that Jesus came to save us from sin and death. And this is true. Only now, more seems to be happening on a global scale than most of us thought about at the end of 2019. Things now are becoming exposed and we are being forced to rethink a lot of things we have, up to now, taken for granted.
But here is the good news. We know what to do -- to do what we have been taught to do all along, only don't be so quiet about it.
All around us are people completely freaked about the future. We should not be. We know what is important -- and they need to not only know what we know, but see the peace, love, and joy that are available to them as well. They will have to do what we have had to do and rethink everything.
In essence, that was my testimony I put out on the last podcast a few days ago.
Perfect summation of what is currently happening in the world.
