Effective parenting begins with exercising self discipline, aka self control. The best leadership is by example.
Mental health involves healthy relationships. Limiting social contacts may slow the transmission of a disease but it still causes great societal harm.
Complaining is like itching after a mosquito bite. The mosquito doesn’t care and it prolongs the itch.
To recover from bad habits requires starting with honesty. Until then double-mindedness will sabotage resolve.
Our default state is war with God. We win when we surrender.
Don’t argue with people who aren’t in the room.
